Ora is for the ordinary timers that happen all day: tea, medicine, laundry, focus, a walk, a stopwatch. Start one quickly and keep it visible on the device that is nearest.
Design principles
Native first. Shared meaning underneath.
The Mac app belongs in the menu bar. Phones carry the full list and settings. Watches stay preset-first. The shared core keeps the timer meaning consistent without forcing every screen to look identical.
Timer actions update the current device first. Sync catches other signed-in devices up from the event log.
Ora uses a shared timer core so Mac, Apple, Android, and Wear apps parse and store timers the same way.
