Privacy
Plain privacy for early testing.
Ora is still in active development. This page describes the current test service, not a final commercial policy.
What Ora uses
Ora uses your email address to create a passwordless test account and send verification codes. Apps may send device names, platform names, timer records, stopwatch records, and sync operations so your devices can converge on the same timer state.
What Ora does not need
Ora does not need a password for the current test account flow. Do not enter sensitive private information into timer titles while testing.
Local-first behavior
Your apps keep local timer state first. The sync server is used when you sign in and connect devices.
